Goals: To inspire people to become educated about various charities/causes, get involved and give back to their community. Always try to look at life’s lessons/obstacles as learning experiences to foster personal/professional growth. After all…Everything does happen for a reason!
Rachel Coleman is a Tampa native that is happy to call this dynamic city her home. She moved to Tallahassee to attend college in 1999 and after graduation, relocated to Orlando. While there, she found herself driving back to Tampa every weekend to visit her family and friends and realized that her heart was truly in Tampa. She relocated back to Tampa in 2006 and has not looked back. She recently was able to transition her career into the non-profit world. This is something she is very proud of and hopes to become an expert in the industry.
Jessica Grimsley, Vice President/co-founder of High Hopes in High Heels

Career: Nurse and Nanny
Position: Home health nurse & Nanny
Goals: To raise happy, God loving children and to one day open my own preschool. I would also love to see High Hopes in High Heels grow bigger and even more successful!
Jessica was born in Winter Springs, Florida and spent most of her childhood there and in Daytona Beach, Florida. She attended The Masters Academy for high school and moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University, but suffered an athletic injury that caused her to transfer to Tallahassee Community College (TCC). Jessica obtained her Associate of Science degree from TCC and relocated to Daytona Beach to attend Daytona Beach Community College for her nursing degree. Upon graduation, Jessica relocated to Tampa and has been happy here ever since.
Denise D. Schultz, Treasurer
Education: University of South Florida, Major: Marketing and Webster University, Massters of Business Administration
Career: Banking
Position: Vice President Accounting Manager
Goals: To live a fulfilling life both professionally and personally. To appreciate each moment for what it is, continue to learn and to give back and make an impact on communities locally and throughout the world.
Denise Schultz is originally from Detroit, MI and moved to Clearwater, FL from Lansing, MI when she was in elementary school. She grew up in Clearwater but has lived in New York City, Miami, St. Louis and most recently San Francisco. She was devoted to helping each community she has resided in and moved back to the Tampa Bay area approximately 4 years ago.
Graciela Vidal, Secretary
Education: St. Leo University, and is currently taking classes at St. Petersburg College
Career: Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office
Position: Senior Digital Communications Dispatcher and Trainer
Goals: To transition her career into the nonprofit sector.
Rosie Vidal was born and raised in Tampa and has lived here her entire life. She is one of the rare Tampa natives and can not imagine calling anywhere else home. She attended private school and graduated from the Academy of the Holy Names. She has been taking classes at St. Petersburg College while working full time and enjoying life as a new mommy.

Career: Crisis Center of Tampa Bay
Position: Director of Marketing and Communications
Goals: Contribute positive growth to Tampa Bay community through work and personal life. Love life, get involved and make a small difference each and every day.
Carissa Caricato was born in St. Louis, Missouri, moved around quite a bit, but calls Atlanta (more specifically Alpharetta) home. She moved to Tampa in 2004 to attend the University of South Florida. After graduating in May 2008, she now works for the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay which brings help, hope and healing to people facing serious life challenges. Her goal is to create community awareness for people who need the services of the Crisis Center and generate support from people who love the organization and mission.
